Post-out Pre-Renewal Report Eight weeks before due date.
Claims Review (for Risk Management) Four weeks before due date.
Outstanding Claims Review Four weeks before due date.
Renewal Underwriting Information for Review Four weeks before due date.
Pre-Renewal Report Discussion Four weeks before due date.
Completion and Collection of Policy Declarations Two weeks before due date.
Deliver Client Renewal Report As close to due date as possible.
Renewal Premium Collection Three weeks after due date.
Review Uninsured Risks Three weeks after due date or at the time
of delivery of the Renewal Client Manual.
