We have an experienced Claims Manager, Peta Slattery, to manage our client’s claims. This means we can deliver you a first rate claims service that you would rarely find elsewhere. Both have gained extensive experience over 30 years in the industry Staffed Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm, our helpful claims staff are on hand to provide assistance when you most need it. If you have a new claim please click on the following link, select & print off the most appropriate claim form. Fully complete the form & fax back, together with any related documents, to Peta who can then action your claim.  They will manage all aspects of your claim for you. Workers Compensation Insurance Claims

mckenna hampton is unique in that we employ an experienced Claims Manager, Peta Slattery, to manage our client’s workers compensation claims. This means we can deliver you a first rate workers compensation claims service that you would rarely find elsewhere.

Should you have a workers compensation claim, we will work closely with you to ensure that your claim runs smoothly and your employee returns to work as quickly as possible. We will be highly proactive, liaising with yourself, your insurer, GPs, rehabilitation providers, assessors etc as necessary to keep on top of your claim.

Importantly, we will also be able to provide you and your business with advice and education on how to minimise the cost and disruption of workers compensation claims, and how to ensure a favorable outcome for all parties from a claim perspective.

The role includes:

• Assisting you in lodging your claim
• Discussing with you the most appropriate actions you and your employees should take to ensure a speedy return to work
• Regularly reviewing the status of your claim with your insurer 
• Providing you with general advice and direction throughout your claim.
